Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz. Natural Orange juice1 cup Nonfat milk1/2 Medium banana .5 cup Dole pineapple chunks in juice no sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender with three or four ice cubes. Blend til smooth.

This will constitute your need for three fruits and can be used as a meal replacement on occasion.
