Warm Healthy Apple Dessert

Ingredients
1 applelemon (for fresh lemon juice)ground cinnamonsplenda
Directions
Cut the apple into bite size pieces and drizzle with the lemon juice. Sprinkle the cinnamon and splenda (about 3 packets) over the apples and put in the microwave for 1 minute.

If you would like to add some protein to this treat: Once out of the microwave add a scoop of your favorite vanilla whey protein powder (mine: Designer Whey)
