Ingredients
Tossed Salad, 360 gramsRadish, Fresh, 6.35 oz Pepper, red or cayenne, 210 grams Cucumber (with peel), 170 gramsPressed Cottage Cheese 0.5%, 150 gram(s) Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 15 serving Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3 tbs Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 0.3 serving Chicken: Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 3 oz/serving, 4 serving
Directions
Mix all chopped vegetables together, toss the cottage chesse, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all together thoroughly and serve with 2-3 strips of chicken grilled with salt and pepper (optionally).
