Tortelloni Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 C tortelloni2 zucchini, chopped1 C whole mushrooms, quartered1 1/4 C onion, chopped1 large pepper, chopped1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil1/4 C General Tsao's sauce7.4 oz tofu, extra firm, cubed
Directions
Boil your tortelloni according to the instructions on the container. In a large skillet or wok, saute your veggies and tofu in the oil. When they are mostly cooked, add your pasta and sauce to the pan. Cook until the veggies are completely done and it is well melded.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 310g, or about 2 C
