Get Up And Go Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup steel cut oats, uncooked- 7(ish) medium to large strawberries- 1 medium banana- 3/4 Cup Fresh squeezed orange juice- 1/2 Cup Plain, fat free greek yogurt
Directions
- Grind the oats in a coffee grinder. If you don't have a coffee grinder, a blender or mortar and pestle would probably work.

- Place greek yogurt in the blender - add the pulverized oats. Blend until oats are incorporated into yogurt.

- Add rest of ingredients. Blend to your desired consistency. I like all of my ingredients to be super smooth, so I blend for a minute or so.
