Wheat Berries and Pinto beans

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. waterEarthly Choice Whole Grain Wheat Berries, 1 cup dried15.5 oz. Cannellini or pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 c. fresh Spinach, chopped1 t. dried Minced Onion1/2 t. Garlic powder1 t. chicken boullion
Directions
Heat water, wheat berries and seasonings to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover, stirring occassionally for 15 minutes or till berries are tender. Add rinsed beans and chopped spinach. Cook another 5 minutes till heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
