Raw Vegan Coco Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds1 cup purified water2 mashed bananas1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 Tbsp raw honey (optional)
Directions
Soak chia seeds in room temperature water for 40 minutes
Chill for about an hour
Blend together bananas, chia mixture, cocoa and honey
Top with Strawberries, other berries and/or whip cream

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
