1 cup of cooked Quinoa1/2 cup of Orange peppers1/2 cup of Mushroomshalf of an Avocado
Cook quinoa according to package. Once quinoa is cooked add the chopped orange peppers and mushrooms and cook and stir them thoroughly. Then add in and mix the cut up avocado and enjoy!
