Sao's with Ham, Cheese and Apple.

Ingredients
x1 Medium Apple (I use Pink Lady, as they are sweeter, but any will do)100g Lean, shaved Ham36g Cheddar Cheese (or you can used x1 (20g) slice of low fat cheesex8 Sao Biscuits
Directions
1. Slice and divide the cheese evenly for 8 biscuits
2. Slice the apple downwards, into thin, round pieces
3. Divide the ham between the 8 biscuits, top with a piece of apple and cheese on top.
Serve (4 biscuits each)
