Vegan Easy Chicken Parm with Broccoli Side

4 Boca Chicken Patties2 C Cooked Pasta1 C Pasta Sauce2 oz Vegan Mozzarella4 C Cooked Broccoli Florets
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat pasta sauce covered on medium heat while you continue.
Grill Boca Patties in non-stick pan until slightly browned on each side.
Steam broccoli florets.
Separate 2 C into 4 .5 C servings. Top with boca patty, then with .25 C pasta sauce, then with .5 oz mozzarella. Add 1 C steamed broccoli to side.
Serving Size: Makes 4 plates.
