3 Lb Red Potatoes1 stalk Celery, raw-chopped1 onion, chopped6 Hard Boiled Eggs- chopped1 tsp vinegar1.5 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
2. Remove from water and refrigerate (do not chop until chilled).
3. Chop into medium to large pieces.
4. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
