Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail (8 oz), 1 serving Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving Thyme, ground, .5 tsp *ground turmeric, .5 tsp Water, bottled, 2 serving *Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving *Xylitol Sugar Substitute, 1 serving Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals, .5 tbsp
saute onions, celery with just a touch of coconut oil
put shredded cabbage in crock pot
add tomato juice and water to crock pot and turn on high
when onion and celery are tender add to crock pot.
add to beef bullion cubes and one tsp of xylitol and walk away till you are ready to eat. At least 3 hours
