Juicing "Trash" Cookies

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1 stick, softened egg, 1 largeHoney, 1/2 cup Flour,white, 1 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 cup drycinnamon, 2 TbspBaking Soda, 1 tspvanilla extract, 1 tspBanana, fresh, 3 extra small, smashedCarrots, raw, 4 large, grated by juicerApples, fresh with skin, 2 medium, grated by juicerGreek Yogurt, 2 TbspPecans, 1/2 cup, choppedcrystallized ginger, 3 Tbsp, mincedCoconut, sweetened, 1/4 cup
Directions
Run the oatmeal through food processor to make more like flour. Cream the butter and add the honey and egg. blend in the yogurt, and vanilla. Add the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix in the fruit pulp and the rest of the ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and smash down to make them as thin or thick as you like. They do not spread. Cook at 375 degrees for about 8 - 10 min.
