Peppered Pork

Ingredients
4 pork chops cut off bone into bite-size pieces1 med yellow onion, chopped1 each red, green yellow pepper, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced2 cups tomato sauce2 cups beef broth salt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown pork with peppers and onion until pork is lightly browned, add garlic, saute for 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients. Cook on low simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
