Ingredients
8 oz ground chicken breast1.5 lb ground beef 1 egg2 oz shredded parmesan cheeseItalian spicesgarliconionsalt & pepper2-3 T. olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except oil. Roll into small balls, pan fry in oil. Add to marinara sauce and serve over pasta or spaghetti squash.
