Oat Bran Power Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce3.5 oz almond paste1 Tblsp olive oil1/2 cup egg whites1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cup oat bran1 tsp soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 cup pure protein, vanilla cream, whey powder1 cup oat bran1 cups craisin1 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Blend first 5 ingredients thoroughly, allowing almond paste to soften and mix in. Once almond paste is thoroughly blended then add the next 6 ingredients. When thoroughly combined then add the last 3 ingredients.Use #40 scoop, bake at 350 degrees, about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 40 cookies, @ 1 tblsp oat bran each
