Ingredients

    1 ripe banana
    1/4 cup Cocoa
    1 Tbs Splenda
    1 Tbs vanilla extract

    Combine all these ingredients with a fork. Mash the banana well and mix everything until it is smooth and glistening.

    Keep refrigerated. No preservatives. It will keep (if you live alone) for 3 days in the ice box if covered.)

Tips

Use a frozen banana. Chop the banana into slices to make the mixing easier.
