Dad's 16 bean ham soup

Ingredients
-16 bean dry soup mix-chicken broth (cube or packet)-16 ounces of ham steak chopped
Directions
1. soak the beans over night, or soak according to package instructions
2. prepare the beans as prompeted on package. They will take about an hour and a half or two hours to cook.
3. 30 or 45 minutes before the beans are done add the chicken broth (dry cubes or a packet) and the ham.
4. enjoy! simple!
