Chicken and Pepper Party Sandwich

1 lb raw chicken breast tenders1 1/2 tbsp bell pepper herb rub1/4 cup miracle whip, light1 cup shredded cojack cheese1 large bell pepper, red, orange, or yellow1 small red onion1 King's hawaiian bread1 tbsp oil
Mix chicken with oil and 1/2 rub. If tenders are large, slice in half. Place them on George Forman grill or grill pan with press. Cook approx 6-7 min, turning once. Slice onion and Peppers and cut rings in half. Add to grill, spritz with oil and saute with meat approx 5-6 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining rub with mayo. Cut hawaiian bread in half and spread mayo on top half, cut side. When meat and veggies are done & tender. Top bottom half of bread with chicken & veggies. Spread shredded cheese on chicken & veggies. Top with bread w/mayo spread and put on grill pan for a couple minutes to melt or throw in the oven for a couple of minutes. Slice into 8 pieces.
