Beef, top sirloin 1 inch chunks, 24 oz (remove)Red Wine, 2 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)2 cloves garlicOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp (remove)Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
heat lrg pan with butter saute beef until browned on all sides remove add all vegetales saute until onion is soft add wine deglaze pan and bring to boil add beef broth place beef in large casserole dish place remainder in the pan on top cover cook 325 degrees 2 1/2 hours.
