One 32 oz container Egg Beaters1 1/2 cups of 2% shredded Sharp Cheddar Thinly sliced ham, one package.
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray and line each with a ham slice. Mix the egg beaters and cheese in a large bowl and season as desired. Pour approx 1/4 cup into each muffin cup, almost filling the cup. Bake for 15-20 minutes until egg is firm. Let cool a few minutes then remove from pan.
