Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
Place the broccoli in the microwave, until it's thawed, or if fresh, steam it "al dente." Drain in a colander, and place into a 9x12 cake dish that has been sprayed with Pam.Heat the milk in the microwave for 4 minutes. Pam a 4 qt saucepan. Melt 2 tbsp of the margarine, add the flour and mix. SLOWLY add the heated milk, and stir until the margarine/flour mixture has dissolved, and thickened. Pour over the broccoli.Arrange the cheese slices on top to cover the broccoli.Place the crackers into a ziplock sandwich bag and crush. Melt the margarine, pour over the crackers, and shake. Sprinkle over the cheese, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a 350 oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the middle bubbles. Remove the foil, and continue to bake until the top is browned. Cool for 5 minutes, then serve. Makes 12 Servings.

Bake covered in a 350 oven for 45-60 minutes. Uncover, then brown an additional 5-10 minutes
