Ingredients
Veal, cubed for stew 1 lb 1/4 stick butterSnap peas, 1/2 cup 1 carrot sliced2 small potatoes cubedOnions 1/4 medium Celery, cooked, 2 stalks2 cups waterflour and spices to coat veal
Directions
coat veal with spices of your chose mixed with flour
brown veal in butter
add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour
makes about 4 1 cup servings
