Kale Chips

Ingredients
4 cups kaleSafflolwer oil 1-2 tbs
Directions

Serving Size: 4

Rip kale into bite size pieces and place in large bowl
Mix in 1-2 tbs of safflower or olive oil (safflower has a slightly better flavor on chips)
add salt and pepper to taste or any seasonings you choose
cook about 10 minutes at 350 degrees
