"keep you full" apple, raisen flax bran muffins

Ingredients
Oat Bran, 1 cup *Flour, white, 3/4 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil, 2 tBSPApples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped or shreddedRaisins, 2 small box (1.5 oz)Egg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, 3/4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp (or you personal preference of cinammon, cloves, nutmeg)
Directions
Turn oven on to 375 F or 200 C, mix all your dry ingredients and liquid separtly. Add the ligquid to the dry and stir just enough until well blended. Spoon into 12 cupcakes holes, put in oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes out of pan and then package up for a quick, easy to grab breakfast.
