Turkey Cabbage Stew

Ingredients
1 lb 97% lean ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced4 cups cabbage, chopped2 medium carrots, sliced1 (28oz) can no salt added diced tomatoes, undrained3/4 cup water1 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend1 Tbsp white vinegar1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp thymesalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. In a large saucepan, cook turkey, onion & garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, about 8 - 10 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients.

2. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
