Chicken with Black Beans

Ingredients
2 Boneless, Skinless chicken breast halves1 can black beans, drained (mine had chipotle sauce)1 can diced tomatoes with onions and chilis2 Tbsp cream cheese (can use low fat)for seasoning chicken:saltpepperonion powdergarlic powdercumincayenne pepper
Directions
Heat your skillet, spray with olive oil spray.

Season chicken with spices, according to your taste.

Brown chicken on both sides, but don't cook all the way through. Once browned, add tomatoes and black beans. Once simmering, cover with lid and reduce heat, simmer 10-15 minutes, until it begins to thicken slightly.

Add cream cheese, re-cover. Stir, let simmer lightly a few more minutes.

This is great served over brown rice or even in a tortilla. Scallions would be a nice touch also.
