Healthy waffles

Ingredients
6 Eggs - 4 Tbsp Chia Seed - ground 1 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 cup Oatmeal (plain) ground 4 Tbsp Kretschmer Wheat Germ 4 Tbsp Flax Seed, Cold Milled Golden Flax Seed 1 cup *King Arthur 100% Whole Wheat Flower, 1 Tbsp Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil, 11/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 cup milk 1%
Directions
In a bowl, mix all liquid ingredients first and then add the dry ones; if needed add water. Oatmeal and seeds absorb the liquid and it will become thicker, just add water and beat until smooth.

Add 1/3 cup batter to preheated waffle maker. *
Close waffle maker. Bake until golden brown, Repeat with remaining batter.

* Adjust size to waffle maker, this recipe uses one that makes 4 half square sized waffles.
