12 Egg Yolk4 Grade A Extra Large White Eggs1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream1 Cup Soy Flour1 Cup Soy milk, Vanilla (Simple Truth Organic/Kroger)2 tsp. Vanilla Extract.25 tsp. Salt
Pour ingredients into blender and mix. Spoon mixture into pan thinly. Allow to cook for about 2 mins. and then flip and cook for 2 minutes.
