Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Ground FlaxHalf Cup Raw Oats1 1/2 Cups fresh or frozen (Slightly thawed) peaches(I prefer them slightly frozen to make the drink cold)1 Cup Spinach1 Cup Kale 1 cup / 8oz water
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a blender / juicer, blend until smooth

Serving Size: Makes 1 2 Cup Serving
