Fruity Yoghurt Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
3 tbsp salted butter3 tbsp shortening¼ cup sugar1 tbsp Truvia spoonable3 tbsp peach-flavoured, low-fat yoghurt1 tsp vanilla1 tsp honey1 cup flour¼ cup oat flour¾ tsp cream of tartar¼ tsp baking soda--2 tbsp coarse sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cream together butter, shortening, sugar, yogurt, vanilla and honey.
Blend in the flours, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded spoonfuls into balls.
Mix the 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon. Roll balls of dough in mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 8 minutes, or until set but not too hard. Remove immediately from baking sheets.
