Vegan Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower.25 c black beans.25 c corn1/4 avocado cut into slits.1 tsp cilantro1 tsp lime juice
Directions
Take 1/2 head of cauliflower. Pulse the tips until it resembles rice. Once down to desired consistency, place in a skillet, with cooking spray, cilantro and lime juice. Cook for about a minute (just enough for the flavors to mesh) Toss in a blow and top with the remaining ingredients.
