Orange- scented Rice Pudding

Ingredients
500ml Skimmed milk200g Coconut milk100g Basmati rice60ml Orange JuiceZest of 1 orange1 Tsp ground cinnamon60g Caster sugarOrange zest or cinnamon to decorate
Directions
-Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat on a medium to high heat to bring to the boil.
-Then set the heat to low and allow to simmer for 40-50 minutes until mixture thickens and rice has absorbed.
-Leave to settle for 5 minutes and serve warm decorated with orange zest or cinnamon.
