Mini coconut cocoa donut bites

Ingredients
for donut bites:Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp Vinegar, White .3 tbsp nonfat (skim milk), .4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Raw Sugar - Sugar in the Raw, 3 tsp for coating:Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Coconut, raw, 2 tbsp shreded
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients for donut bites together
Mix all wet ingredients (melt coconut oil if solid)
Mix together using spoon and knead.
fill mini pans at 3/4, bake for 10 minutes
Remove and let cool a little

for coating: melt coconut oil, add coconut and cocoa powder and sprinkle, slightly cooled donuts, mix is enough to just "sprinke" a dash of flavor, with low calories.

Serving Size: makes 15 mini donut or mini cupcake bites
