Ingredients
Fat free flour tortilla1 lb lean ground beeffat free refried beans1 pk taco seasoning8 oz shredded fat free cheddar cheesefat free sour creamshredded lettucediced tomatoes
Directions
Cook ground beef. Drain and blot any excess grease. Mix with refried bean and taco seasoning. Set aside.
Spray 9X13 pan with non stick spray Place 2 tortillas on bottom. Put layer of meat mixture on top and shredded non fat cheese
Place layer of tortillas on top of meat mixture and put remaining meat mixture on top. Top with gererous portion of non fat chedder cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Cut into 6 portions and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream and enjoy.
