Cranberry Pork Chops - Simple & Fast

1 lb of lean, boneless pork chops 1 envelope of brown gravy mix1 cup Cranberry Juice (Cran-Apple or Cran-Grape are good also)1 cup Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a casserole dish, whisk together cranberry juice and brown gravy mix until well blended with no lumps.
Stab holes in the pork shops with a fork, and arrange them in mixture.
Pour the cranberry sauce on top of each of the pork chops.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until pork is done but still tender. Thicker cut chops or ones with the bone in may take longer to cook.
