Keely's Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 cup of rice1 cup of water1/2 cup corn kernals1/2 cup peas3 shallots (Green part only)2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce2 teaspoons of olive oil
Directions
1. Cook 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water in a rice cooker.
2. Poor a teaspoon of olive oil into a wok and swirl wok around to coat the base.
3. Combined in the wok the cooked rice, corn, peas and shallots.
4. Stir and fold on a low temperature the ingredients whilst pouring another teaspoon of olive oil.
5. As you stir and fold the ingredients slowly add the soy sauce to it.
6. Once all is combined and cook remove wok from heat and allow the fried rice to settle for 5 minutes before serving.
