Crock Pot Ranch Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts8 oz. fat-free cream cheese8 oz. fat-free sour cream8 oz. Hidden Valley fat-free Ranch
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing. Place crock pot liner in crock pot. Place chicken breasts in crock pot and pour cheese mixture over breasts. Cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours. Serve over noodles or rice. Steamed green beans make a great side to this meal. Makes 4 4-oz. servings.
