Banana smoothie

Ingredients
1 C milk1/2 a large banana1 packet Splenda3-4 cubes ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Makes I large glass.

For a little variety, try adding a teaspoon of peanut butter or Nutella

    Very good! Since I don't drink regular milk I made almond milk and added honey instead of the Splenda. I freeze my bananas so I didn't need the ice cubes. It was very tasty to say the least! - 4/20/11

    I think this recipe is great!
    I thankfully had a packet of splenda at my house but i think it'd be helpful if you included how much splenda that is

    I added a tiny bit of strawberry syrup
