Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
make a dough out of flour salt oil and warm water. Keep the dough hard ( not soft or watery). roll 5 or 6 round shape out of the dough( 3 inch diameter) and then cook them one at a time on medium heat both side on a skillet. Do not add oil to cook this.

Serving Size: makes 5 to 6 round pieces of 3 inch diameter
