Oven Fried Chicken Fingers

1 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup finely chopped almonds2 T chopped parsley1 t salt1/4 t dried thymepinch of ground pepper1/4 cup olive oil2 pounds skinless boneless chicken tenders
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, almonds, parsley, salt, thyme, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Place the oil in a shallow dish. Dip the chicken in the oil and then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken in a shallow backing pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until juices run clear. Don't turn the chicken while baking!
