0.5 c Silk Organic vanilla soymilk2 c fresh spinach1 medium cucumber, peeled1.5 c frozen unsweetened blueberries2 tbsp flaxseed1 c ice
Directions
Serving Size: Makes approx. 32 oz

Place ingredients in a blender in the order listed except ice. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated, then add ice. Continue to blend 1-2 mins or to desired consistency.
