Ingredients
1.25 lb ground turkey breast1 large red pepper, chopped1 large yellow pepper, chopped1 large onion, chopped fine2 cloves garlic, minced2 15 oz cans kidney beans, undrained1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, undrained2 15 oz cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
Directions
Saute ground turkey, peppers, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Add chili powder, salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour.
