Cabbage & Fennel Slaw

Ingredients
*Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Vinegar, 6 tbsp (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving (remove)Fennel, 1 bulb (remove)Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Using food processer, shave/slice/grate all veggies.
Combine cider and oil, drizzle over veggies. Toast nuts (Id o in pan on stovetop, dry), chop and toss in. Salt & pepper to taste.
