Homemade ELTOO Mayo

Ingredients
1 whole egg1 egg yolk1 tsp salt (can be reduced to 1/2 tsp)1/2 tsp dry mustard1 TBSP lime juice1 cup Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
Directions
Pour all ingredients into ajar. Push immersion blender to bottom of jar. Blend on high for 20 seconds, then start to move blender up and around the jar.
