*Flour, white, 1.5 cup baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 CP Banana, fresh, 3 extra small (less than 6" long) Mariani , Premium Sweetened Dried Cranberries ,1 cup Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - 1 Egg white, fresh, 1 large Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup *Daisy Light Sour Cream, .5 CP Parkay, Original Spread Margarine, 1 Tbsp,vanilla 1 teaspoonbutter extract 1 teaspoon
in a small bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt... in a larger bowl beat eggs, mix in splenda,sour cream, applesauce,butter,and both extracts, mix well, mash up bananas and add mix well. add cranberries, mix well. whisk in the flour mixture, mix well.. spray 2 short loaf pans with pam non stick spray.... pour 1/2 batter into 1 short loaf pan and other 1/2 into another short loaf pan.bake at 350..for 40 mins or so...check after 30 and add time if needed.
