Mama's Moist Chocolate Cake - Low Carb

Ingredients:2 Cup Sugar (White Granulated) 1 ¾ cup All-purpose Flour¼ Cup Chocolate Cocoa Powder1 ½ tsp Baking Powder1 ½ tsp Baking Soda, 4 Egg Whites 1 cup Milk - Skim½ cup Applesauce Unsweetened, 1/2 cup2 tsp Vanilla extract1 cup Boiling WaterPam Cooking Spray* - Butter Flavor, 5 second spray
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Add the wet ingredients and mix with a large fork or spoon with holes. 250 strokes (the batter is liquid; an electric beater will make a mess).
3. Spray an oval pan with a nonstick spray.
4. Bake for 35 minutes.
Cool
Cut 12 even pieces
