Wild Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms and Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup wild rice1 pound extra lean ground chicken1 pound sliced baby bella mushrooms1 medium onion, sliced1 cup frozen peas2 cup cannellini beans
Directions
Cook wild rice according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Saute chicken and onions in a wok coated with cooking spray until chicken is no longer pink.
Add mushrooms and continue stir frying for three or four more minutes.
Stir in peas, beans and rice and toss until heated through.
Season to taste.
