italian turkey meatloaf

Ingredients
1 large egg1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained1/2 cup finely chopped onion1/2 cup quick-cooking oats1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese1/3 cup chopped parsley1 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt12 oz Italian turkey sausage, removed from casings1/2 lb lean ground turkey
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375. Line a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick foil
2. Beat egg in large bowl; stir in half the tomatoes, the onion, oats, cheese, parsley, pepper, and salt. Using your hands, mix in sausage and ground turkey until blended. Put on lined pan and pat into a 9 x 4 1/2-in loaf.
3. Bake 45 min or until a meat thermometer registers 160.
