Mexican turkey beans & rice

3 cups white ricelean ground turkey 1 lb1 can black beans rinced2 t mexican spice1 red pepper1 c grated carrots1/2 onion1 can fire roasted tomatoes and garlic
Directions
cook rice and turkey add onion to turkey. Combine other ingredients and simmer
